“It was a wonderful experience attending Hayley’s Nature’s Palette retreat at Greenhills Art Centre in 2025. Her attention to detail in preparation for a week of immersion in nature and art was exceptional. It is rare to find a workshop for working with acrylics, and Hayley’s passion for creating, her skill and experience in this medium (and others), and individual attention resulted in everyone producing a very accomplished and beautiful piece of art of Australian flora. More than that, there were opportunities to play and reflect and connect with each other which Hayley facilitated by providing an abundance of other art materials and mediums. Hayley also introduced a daily sketchbook practice, which I have continued to this day. I came away re-energised and excited about my art practice, with new skills and greater confidence, and a beautiful, finished work.”
